Questions

Why per routine?
What you pay grows with your event, not ahead of it. A small regional costs less than a sell-out final, and there is no licence to pay before the first entry arrives.
Is it really free for studios and families?
Yes. Studios, dancers, families, judges, crew and audiences use the apps and the web app free. Only organisers pay, per routine entered.
What counts as a routine?
Each routine entered at an event counts once, whether it is a solo or a production.
Are there per-video or integration fees?
No. Media, the open API, webhooks and full exports are included in the per-routine price.
How do card payments work?
Studios pay by card into your own Stripe account. Processing is charged at cost, and you choose whether to pass it on to studios.
What does a season price include?
Seasons of 10 or more events get one price for the season, with onboarding for your team and support at your first event.
What does it cost to move from our current system?
Nothing. We import your data, set up your first event with you and support you on the day. How switching works
