Questions

What can we bring across?
Studios, dancers, routines, contacts and last season’s rules, from the exports your current system already gives you. We work only from files you can export yourself.
Do we have to move everything at once?
No. Run one event in parallel first, with your current system beside it, then move the rest of the season when your team is ready.
What does the move cost?
Nothing. Importing your data, setting up your first event and support on the day are free. After that, organisers pay per routine entered (draft pricing).
Will studios have to start again?
No. Their studio, dancers and routines come across. Each person signs in with their own Genius ID, and guardians claim their dancers by link or QR.
What if we want to leave later?
Your data stays yours. A full export is in every plan, whenever you want it.
