Questions
How accurate are the times?
They follow the stage manager, not the printed schedule. When the stage runs early or late, the times on your phone move with it.
When does a nudge arrive?
Three routines before each of your dancers is due on. Turn nudges on or off on the Live screen.
What happens when the stage is on hold?
Every phone following the event shows the hold straight away, and the order picks up again when the stage manager calls the next routine.
Where do I find the doors and stage times?
With your ticket in the app: when doors open, when the first routine starts and where each stage is in the venue.
