  • Early bird, regular, late

Prices move on the dates you set. Submitted entries keep the price they were entered at.

  • Music checked on upload

Each track is checked against its entry type’s time limit, and overtime is charged by the minute.

  • Title entries

Title entries carry their own fee, added to the studio’s balance with everything else.

Needs attention

Start with a short list.
Not a spreadsheet.

Saved views gather who is unpaid, unsigned or missing music, each with one clear action.

Waivers

Guardians sign.
Nobody chases emails.

Studios share a claim link or QR code, and guardians sign the season’s waiver on their own phone.

DanceKomp Genius on iPhone: the studio’s Dancers tab: profiles claimed by families, claim links to share, a QR sheet to print, and who is still waiting. Demo data.

See how many have signed for each studio and each event, as it happens.

  • Nudge the studio

The details

Fewer chases. Fewer mistakes.

  • Change requests, not resets

A studio’s edit arrives as a request showing what changed and the fee. The entry stays submitted and scheduled.

  • Estimates within capacity

Studios estimate their routines up front. Watch each event fill and approve extra places in one tap.

  • Deposits that hold a place

Take a deposit at registration and the balance by the date you set. Balances due show on Today.

  • Refunds and credits, logged

Every refund and credit records who gave it and why, and shows on the studio’s statement.

  • Pounds and euros

Price UK and Northern Ireland events in pounds and Republic of Ireland events in euros, in one season.

  • A weekly report by email

Routines, estimates, deposits, balances and waivers for every event, sent to your team.

Questions

What happens when a studio changes a submitted entry?
It stays submitted and in the schedule. The change arrives as a request showing exactly what changed and any fee difference, and you approve or decline it.
Who signs the waiver, and how often?
The dancer’s guardian, on their own phone, once a season. Studios share a claim link or QR code, so nobody has to collect parents’ email addresses.
Can we price Irish events in euros?
Yes. Each event has its own currency, so Republic of Ireland events can be priced in euros and UK events in pounds, in the same season.
Can studios pay a deposit first?
Yes. Set a deposit per registration and a due date for the balance. Studios see what is paid and what is due for each event.
Who pays the card fees?
Card payments go to your own Stripe account at cost, and you choose whether to pass the processing fee on to studios (draft pricing).
