Does the API cost extra?

No. The open API, webhooks and a full export are in every plan, with no integration fees.

How do we authenticate?

With a bearer token over HTTPS, issued to your organisation. Webhooks carry a signature made with your secret, so you can check each one came from DanceKomp Genius.

Can we export everything?

Yes. Studios, dancers, routines, schedules, scores and payments, whenever you want them.

How is children’s data handled?

The API follows the same rules as the workspace. Public results show first names or initials by default, and you only see the dancers entered in your own events.
